INDIVIDUAL COACHING
SOCIAL LANGUAGE (One-on-One)
One on one virtual or in person support provided by trained speech language pathologist to assist client in improving their overall confidence in their ability to initiate, maintain and terminate conversation. Speech Language Pathologist will help client identify functional goals and strategies to improve social language skills both verbally and non-verbally. In person coaching sessions will involve functional practice in client’s location of choice.
SOFT SKILLS (One-on-One)
One on one coaching focusing on the following skills (as selected by management or individual client): The nature and structure of a conversation to help you navigate in collaboration, conflict, and decision-making situations. How to establish rapport with coworkers and/or customers. How to establish trust that creates an environment of openness and honest dialogue. Giving constructive feedback that is received with appreciation. How to create a compassionate, empathetic, sensitive, and safe psychological space for conversation.
FAMILY COACHING
OBSERVATION AND SCREENING (VIRTUAL)
Recorded observation of client virtually with a 60-minute screening. Included: Client, parent, or caregiver interview with a formal write up of the observation and screening with recommendations for strategies to implement. No follow up.
Referral for speech-language services if required.
OBSERVATION AND SCREENING (IN-PERSON)
Recorded observation of client in person with a 60-minute screening. Included: Client, parent, or caregiver interview with formal write up of the observation and screening with recommendations for strategies to implement.
Referral for services if required.
SUPPORT GROUPS
FLUENCY
Monthly virtual/in person meet ups for individuals who stutter. Focus of group is to assist participants in developing and maintaining confidence in their speaking abilities. Participants will share personal experiences (successes and challenges) as well participate in strategy based coaching sessions with fellow members of the group.
Group Sessions are capped at 10 participants.
SOCIAL LANGUAGE
Virtual support group for teens and young adults struggling with social/pragmatic language skills. Focus of group is to give individuals a space where they can discuss social challenges they face at home, work, and in the community and gain confidence in their communication abilities. Participants will work on improving verbal and non-verbal communication through functional activities and discussions with a trained speech language pathologist and peers.
Support Groups are capped at 10 participants.
SOFT SKILLS
Leadership development program that trains (4-10) employees at time. Focus is on the following topics: communication, leadership, time-management, personal accountability, problem-solving skills; teamwork; adaptability, and empathy. Areas of focus are selected by management.
Group Sessions are capped at 10 participants.
